Assistant Director for Administration, Coordinator
Mrs. Jennifer M. Dale earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in 2000 from Mississippi State University with a major in Marketing. She was employed as the Program Development Coordinator for the Center for Safety and Health at Misssissippi State University in August 2001. She is responsible for all administrative functions within the center to include computer operations, purchasing and procurement operations, travel, budget management, and general office management. She also manage the office web site. She developed a master marketing plan for the center and manages the overall marketing effort statewide. She was promoted to Assistant Director for Administration in January 2004.

Senior Industrial Hygienist/Program Manager
Mr. Davern A. Jones earned a Bachelors of Science degree in 1993 from Jackson State University with a major in Industrial Technology with emphasis in Hazardous Materials Management. He also holds an MBA from Mississippi State University. Upon graduation he entered employment with ENTERGY Mississippi at the Grand Gulf Nuclear Plant. He was employed as an industrial hygienist with the State of Mississippi in February 1994 and promoted to senior industrial hygienist in October 1996. As a field consultant, Mr. Jones is engaged in site surveys at various types of manufacturing and health facilities. In March of 2011, Mr. Jones was promoted to Program Manager.
Mr. Kelly M. Tucker ![[email]](img/email.png)
Director
Mr. Kelly M. Tucker earned a Bachelors of Science degree in 1971 from the University of Alabama with a major in Industrial Management. Upon graduation, he was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He is a graduate of both the U.S. Army Engineer School and the U.S. Army Chemical School. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. He retired as a Major from the Regular Army in April 1991 with over 20 years active duty serving in various command, staff, and educational assignments in the United States and Asia.
Mr. Tucker has over 20 years primary experience in the areas of industrial hygiene, radiological protection, and OSHA program management. From 1982 to 1985, Mr. Tucker taught nuclear warfare and radiological safety related subjects and was the Deputy Chief of the Radiological Division at the Army Chemical School. He was employed as an industrial hygienist with the State of Mississippi in June 1991 and promoted to supervisor in July 1992. Since 1994 he has served as the Director of the Mississippi State University Center for Safety and Health.

Safety Consultant III
Mr. John S. (Stan) Williams earned a Bachelors of Science degree in 1998 from Mississippi State University with a major in Industrial Technology. He also earned a Masters of Business Administration in 1995 also from Mississippi State University. He has been the safety and compliance manager for a Mississippi manufacturing facility, served on the faculty at the Mississippi State University Meridian campus, and served full-time as an officer with the Mississippi Air National Guard. He retired as a Major from the Air National Guard with over 22 years of service in various ground and flight assignments.
Mr. Williams was employed as a Safety Consultant with the Center for Safety and Health in August 2006. As a field consultant, Mr. Williams is engaged in site surveys at various types of manufacturing, construction, and health related facilities.

Safety Consultant
Ms. Victoria C. Bailey earned a Bachelor of Science in 2001 and Masters of Science in 2003 from the Mississippi University for Women. She has been a safety inspector for a large national construction company at various sites as well as a safety and environmental coordinator/instructor at the Mississippi State University's main campus.
Ms. Bailey was employed as a Safety Consultant with the Center for Safety and Health in August 2011. As a field consultant, she is engaged in site surveys at various types of manufacturing, construction and health related facilities.

Industrial Hygenist
Mr. Carl F. McNeil earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1989 from the University of Southern Mississippi with a major in Health and Human Services. He served full-time as a non-commissioned officer with the Mississippi Air National Guard where he retired as a Master Sergeant with over 26 years of service in various assignments to include duties in emergency operations, fire prevention, hazardous materials and compliance.
Mr. McNeil was employed as an Industrial Hygienist with the Center for Safety and Health in August 2011. As a field consultant, he is engaged in site surveys at various types of manufacturing and health related facilities.
